North Cape Estates
Is a planned gated community in Cape Coral, Florida on the North Spreader Waterway.
Natural Surroundings, LLC has Provided Consulting Services Including Preliminary Survey, Habitat Mapping, Protected Species Survey, Wetland Delineation And Mitigation Calculations.
As part of the project team, we have participated in pre-application meetings with the City of Cape Coral, South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the US Army Corps of Engineers, and prepared permit applications.
